Merry Christmas!!!

I cannot believe how fast the year went by. Christmas is over and we only have a few more days left of 2008. I like this time of year. I like reflecting back on the years events and looking forward to what the future might bring. Our family has had a great year. We were given the opportunity and blessing of building a cabin with my grandparents. They have made one of our dreams come true. We spent all summer in the Uintah's working and having fun. I am so grateful for this opportunity. Our lives are truly blessed.
I trained and completed the Ogden Marathon with my good friend Joy! I learned alot about myself and my aspirations by completing this race. Running a marathon can teach you alot about life. It gave me the change to reflect on my life and what I want to accomplish with my family.
Justin has been working, working, working. He really deserves a big fat hug (among other things) for all the work he has done this year. I'm so glad I have a husband that can fix things, build things, and is really quite handy. He has done alot for our family. Aside for the working he as also been able to hunt. He went to South Dakota twice and had a blast each time. We also went hunting with the Hopes and our own private hunt with Shemri and Rand.
The kids are getting older, bigger, and smarter. Easton is getting use to kindergarten. He likes his teacher Mrs. King and his favorite part of school is recess. I do not like all the homework they send home with him. I can't believe it. I hope it gets better, but some how I don't think it will. Scout loves preschool and can't wait until she can go to kindergarten at the "big school" with Easton. She told Justin the other day her favorite thing to do was "go shopping" for new clothes and her favorite store is Walmart. I could not believe the words out of her mouth. I'm going to have to get use to this "girly" thing. I am working on it though. Kallee, what can I say, she is one of a kind. She will fight for anything she wants and then turn to us with a pouty face like she could do no wrong. I think she has this youngest child thing figured out. Oh what will we do? We love them all more and more every day.
Here are a few pictures of our Christmas...Enjoy...Happy New Year!

The girls got bunk beds and they love them! Our family reached a major milestone, no more crib!

Christmas Eve night the kids wanted to sleep together, it only lasted about 5 minutes.

The kids with their favorite Christmas toy, Kallee was not so happy about this picture.

Easton and Scout are excited though.

What a mess! Ya see the pile of presents in the middle, those are Kallee's. The first present she opened was a barbie and she was happy with that. They sat there unopened until Hayden (cousin) came over and opened them for her.

First of all, I love your templet. Very cute. You guys look like you are having so much fun in the Uintah's. It is times like these that I sort of miss Evanston.
