South Weber Country Fair Days Continued...

Life has been so crazy lately that I haven't found the time to keep up with things on the blog. South Weber Days seems so long ago but I will try to remember the details. It was a crazy busy week full of fun and games. Monday night is the dinner in the park with Let's Make a Deal. I always feel quite lucky because we always walk away with something rather it be a microwave, a bag of tools, gift cards, or a giant pancake. This year we were not so lucky. I felt like I lived in a different community because I didn't recognize half the names or maybe its because I'm lame and boring and don't get out much.

One of Easton's favorite things was the Kids K. His friend Weston, asked him is he was running a few months ago and Easton didn't stop asking about it. "When is the Kids K mom?" Finally the day was here and he was ready. He started with some friends and I was in the back with the girls. Justin said Easton had his game face on and he was ready to run and he didn't stop until he crossed the finish line. Justin was so proud you should have seen him gleaming. Here are a few pictures of the race.

Easton coming in for a big finish!

The girls did good. Kallee ran as fast as her little legs could carry her. I felt bad because Scout kept waiting for us. She would run and stop to wait than run and stop to wait.

Easton won 3rd place in his age group although Justin would beg to differ. (he got 2nd)

Its always a scream to watch the "Old Timer" softball game. Here is my dad at bat. I think it is so funny watching these men play, their bodies don't go as fast as they use too.

The parade is always a favorite. This year all my kids rode in the parade which was kinda nice but it takes some of the fun out of it not watching your kids get so excited that someone threw them a piece of candy.
Kallee was the pretty princess
Scout hitched a ride on the 4wheeler
Easton rode on the train.
That concludes out South Weber Country Fair Days events. We had a great time!!!
